Set Your Calendar Availability And Sync Your Calendars

Step 1. Connecting Google Accounts
- The same steps you used to connect your Google account will be followed by your staff members.
- After adding staff members, they will receive an email (possibly in their spam/junk folders) with a link to access the integration setup.
Step 2. Login and Integration
- Each staff member needs to log in and integrate their Google account individually.
- The Google account will pair with the logged-in user's profile to avoid mix-ups.
Step 3. Managing Staff Permissions
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'My Staff' and click the pencil icon next to a staff member to adjust permissions.
- You can toggle what staff members can see and access on the platform.
- Assign specific data visibility and user roles (Admin or User).
Step 4. Voicemail and Call Settings
- Ignore voicemail and call settings for now; focus on user availability and calendar configuration.
Step 5. User Availability and Zoom Integration
- Staff can integrate Zoom using provided walkthrough videos.
- Select the preferred platform (Zoom or Google Meets) and set the time zone.
- Define overall availability and specific call link times.
Step 6. Calendar Configuration
- Select the Google Calendar for booking appointments and set conflict-checking preferences.
- Save the settings to apply them to individual staff members or through their profiles.
Step 7. Managing Different Calendars
- Assign different calendars for various roles (e.g., business owner, coach) and specific call types (consult calls, support calls).
- Edit call links to assign staff members, select platforms (Zoom or Google Meets), and set availability.
Step 8. Specific Call Link Settings
- Adjust call duration, booking intervals, minimum scheduling notice, and date ranges.
- Set maximum bookings per day and per slot, and define buffer times between calls.
- Customize consultation forms and confirmation pages for each call link.
Step 9. Auto-confirmation and Notifications
- Enable auto-confirmation of new calendar meetings and allow Google/Outlook to send invites.
- Decide on rescheduling and cancellation link expiry times to prevent last-minute changes.
