Leverage Your Time With The ‘STS-checkin process’

Step 1. Set Up Client Check-in Board

  • Automatically moves clients to "Needing Setup" column when they sign up
  • Move clients to a specific day and click "Update" to allocate check-in time

Step 2. Automate Follow-up Process

  • Sends email reminder to client the day before allocated check-in time
  • Sends text reminder with link to check-in form 8 hours later
  • Moves client to "Incomplete" if they haven't checked in by deadline
  • Sends additional email and text follow-up to incomplete clients

Step 3. Review Client Check-ins

  • Check clients who are red, amber, and green
  • Provide feedback to clients based on their color code

Step 4. Follow up with Incomplete Clients

  • Drop a voice note to clients who still haven't checked in
  • Encourages clients to check in and allows for higher level of service

Step 5. Update Client Check-in Status

  • Move clients back to their original day after check-in is complete
  • View all check-in answers in one place by clicking into notes

Step 6. Leverage Time and Scale Client Numbers

  • Automates admin tasks, allowing for more time to deliver feedback and scale client numbers
