Tracking Call Outcomes and Managing Appointment Status
Step 1: Access Opportunity Boards
Navigate to Opportunity Boards: Access your inquiry board within your system, where you manage appointments and outcomes.
Step 2: Manage Appointments
View Appointment Details:
Click on a specific contact to view their appointments listed on the right-hand side.
Identify the appointment you want to modify and click the edit icon next to it.
Step 3: Update Appointment Status
Adjust Appointment Status:
A pop-up window will appear where you can change the appointment status from "Confirmed" or "Cancelled" to "Showed" or "No Showed."
