How To Adjust Your Google Calendar Linked To The STS CRM™
In this video, I will guide you through the process of adjusting the Google Calendar integration in Systemized to Scale. I will show you how to access the settings, connect or disconnect your Google account, and sign in with a new Google account if needed. This information is important for ensuring that your calendar and call booking events are properly synced. Please follow the steps carefully to avoid any issues.
Step 1: Access Settings
Log in to Systemized to Scale: Start by logging into your account.
Navigate to Settings:
On the dashboard, look for the "Settings" option.
Click on "Settings".
Step 2: Go to Integrations
Scroll to Integrations:
In the settings menu, scroll down to find "Integrations".
Click on "Integrations".
Step 3: Disconnect Current Google Calendar
Check Current Connection:
If your Google account is already connected, you will see the name of the Google account and a green "Connected" button.
Disconnect Google Account:
Click on the "Connected" button.
A pop-up will appear giving you the option to disconnect.
Press "OK" to disconnect the Google account.
Step 4: Connect New Google Calendar
Sign in with New Google Calendar:
After disconnecting the previous account, immediately sign in with the new Google Calendar.
Find the button to sign in with Google Calendar (this might be lower on the page and looks similar to the initial connect button).
Click on this button.
Follow the Prompts:
Follow the pop-up instructions on the screen.
Log in to your new Google account.
This will connect the new Google account to Systemized to Scale.
