How To Connect Your Outlook Calendar To The STS CRM™
In this video, I'll show you how to connect Outlook to the systemized scale serum. By following these steps, you'll be able to seamlessly integrate your calendar with the serum. First, log in to the serum and navigate to the settings on the orange sidebar. Then, click on "My Profile" to access the necessary options. Make sure all your staff members follow these instructions to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Step 1: Access Settings
Log in to Systemized Scale CRM: Start by logging into your account.
Navigate to Settings:
On the dashboard, look for the orange sidebar at the bottom left.
Click on "Settings".
Step 2: Connect Outlook Calendar
Go to My Profile:
In the settings menu, select "My Profile".
Each staff member needs to log in and perform this step to ensure their individual Outlook calendars are synced.
Scroll Down to Integration Options:
Scroll down until you see the options for Zoom and Outlook.
Connect Outlook:
Click on the "Connect" button next to the Outlook option.
Follow the prompts to complete the connection process.
Step 3: Additional Integration (Optional)
Connect Zoom (if applicable):
If you are using Zoom instead of Google Meets, you can also connect Zoom by clicking the "Connect" button next to the Zoom option and following the prompts.

By following these steps, each staff member can connect their Outlook calendar to the Systemized Scale CRM, allowing for seamless synchronization of calls (including booked calls, round-robin calls, and personal calls) directly into their Outlook calendars.
