Managing Appointment Cancellations and Viewing Reasons
Step 1: Access Appointment Reports
Navigate to Appointment Reports: In your account, go to "Data and Reporting" and select "Appointment Report."
Step 2: Review Cancelled Appointments
View Appointment List:
Scroll through the list of booked appointments to identify those that have been cancelled.
Check the outcome column on the right-hand side for cancellation status.
Step 3: View Cancellation Reasons
Access Contact Details:
Click on a specific appointment to load the contact's details in the system.
Navigate to the appointment section to view detailed information, including cancellation reasons noted by the contact.

Understand Cancellation Reasons: Although cancellation reasons cannot be required, prompts allow contacts to provide reasons for cancellations, facilitating easy review and management through appointment reports.
