In this video, I will show you how to sync your Apple Calendar with your Google Calendar. By following a few simple steps, you can ensure that any events added to your Google Calendar will also appear in your Apple Calendar. I will guide you through the process of connecting your Google Calendar to your Apple Calendar, toggling on the necessary settings, and sharing your Apple Calendar with your Google account. By the end of the video, you will have a seamless synchronization between the two calendars, making it easier to manage your events and bookings. Step 1: Sync Google Calendar with Apple Calendar

  1. Open Apple Calendar: Launch the Apple Calendar app on your device.
  2. Go to Calendars: Click on the "Calendars" button.
  3. Add an Account:
    • Select "Add an Account".
    • Choose "Google" and click "Continue".
  4. Log in to Google: Follow the steps to log in to your Google account.
  5. Toggle Calendars On: Ensure that the calendars option is toggled on. This will sync events from Google Calendar to Apple Calendar.

Step 2: Sync Apple Calendar with Google Calendar

  1. Share Apple Calendar:
    • In Apple Calendar, hover over one of your calendars and click on it.
    • Select the option to share the calendar.
    • Enter your Google email address and make the calendar public.
  2. Copy the Link:
    • After making the calendar public, you'll receive an email with a link.
    • Copy this link.
  3. Add Apple Calendar to Google:
    • Open Google Calendar and go to the settings.
    • Select "Add Calendar".
    • Choose "Subscribe to a calendar" or "From URL".
    • Paste the copied link from Apple Calendar.
    • Make the calendar publicly accessible.

Final Check

  • Verify that both calendars are now synced. Events added to Google Calendar should appear in Apple Calendar and vice versa.
