How To Connect Your Facebook & Instagram To The STS CRM™

Step 1. Log into Facebook

• Open Facebook and look at the left-hand side for shortcuts.
• Click on the Pages icon, which looks like a flag.

Step 2. Create or Select Your Business Page

• If you don’t have a business page, create one.
• If you have a page already, select it.

Step 3. Switch to Your Business Page

• Once the page is selected, click on Switch Now to switch to that page.

Step 4. Access Settings

• On the left-hand side, go to Settings.
• In the settings menu, click on Linked Accounts.

Step 5. Connect Your Instagram Account

• If Instagram isn’t already linked, disconnect and reconnect it.
• Follow the prompts, enter your Instagram login details, and ensure you allow Instagram messages.

Step 6. Allow Instagram Messages

• A pop-up will ask for permission to allow Instagram messages to show up in your CRM. Make sure to allow it.

Step 7. Log into Systemized to Scale

• After connecting Facebook and Instagram, log into Systemized to Scale.
• Go to Settings and then Integrations.

Step 8. Pair Facebook with Systemized to Scale

• Choose the specific Facebook business page you created or selected earlier.
• Connect Facebook to Systemized to Scale by following the on-screen prompts.

Step 9. Complete the Integration

• Allow time for Facebook to sync with Instagram and for everything to integrate.
