Step 1. Set Up Lead Management Pipeline
- Automates lead follow-up and categorization
- Lead magnet downloads, STS chat, opening message, and social media lead columns
Step 2. Categorize Leads
- Lead magnet downloads: leads who opt-in to lead magnets
- STS chat: leads who come through automated STS chat DM system
- Social media lead: general leads from social media channels
Step 3. Communicate with Leads
- Click into contact to view conversation thread
- Send messages through various channels (email, phone, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp)
Step 4. Move Leads Through Pipeline
- Drag leads across columns as communication progresses
- Opening message, conversing, qualifying questions, offer chat/consult, follow-up
Step 5. Manage Follow-up Processes
- Use task section to add follow-up tasks and due dates
- Move leads to follow-up column for additional follow-up
Step 6. Track Lead Progress
- Move leads to dead lead column if not taking action
- Use dead lead list to re-spark conversations and re-engage leads
Step 7. Integrate with Inquiry Management Board
- Leads who book a call appear on inquiry management board
- Drag leads into call booked column to keep track
