How To Use Elements Inside Email Campaigns

Design email campaigns using drag-and-drop elements, including videos, footers, and buttons.

1. Start a New Campaign

In the email platform, create a new campaign using the blank design editor.

2. Drag and Drop Elements

Utilize the drag-and-drop feature to add various elements to your email, such as text, video, buttons, and footers.

3. Embed Videos

  • Drag the video element into the email.
  • Choose the video platform (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, HTML5, Loom).
  • Paste the shareable URL of the video (e.g., YouTube’s share link) into the video field.
  • 4. Add a Video Thumbnail

  • Click the pencil icon next to the video element to upload a custom thumbnail.
  • This thumbnail will appear in the email, and when clicked, it opens the video for the recipient to view.
  • Adjust the video dimensions (width, height) in the settings on the left-hand side for optimal display.
  • 5. Insert Footer and Unsubscribe Button

  • Drag a footer element into the email. The footer is essential for adding the unsubscribe link, which is required for legal compliance.
  • This link allows recipients to unsubscribe from future emails.
  • 6. Customize Footer Placement

  • To avoid the unsubscribe button appearing too close to the main content, create a visual break.
  • Add some space between the main body text and the footer, making the email feel less sales-oriented.
  • 7. Final Adjustments

  • Customize the layout, spacing, and alignment of all elements using the options provided in the design editor.
  • Ensure that the overall design looks clean, professional, and user-friendly.
