Connecting your Shopify store to SystemisedToScale brings all your customer data, purchases, and even abandoned carts directly into your CRM. This allows you to automate follow-ups and nurture your Shopify contacts with ease.
1. Access Integrations
On the bottom left of your SystemisedToScale platform, click on "Settings."
Scroll down and select "Integrations."
2. Connect Shopify
Locate "Shopify" in the list of integrations.
Click the "Connect" button next to it.
3. Follow the Prompts
A new screen will pop up, guiding you through the necessary connection steps.
Follow these prompts to authorize the connection between your Shopify account and SystemisedToScale.
4. Start Automating
Once connected, all your Shopify contacts (customers, order details, abandoned carts) will automatically sync with your platform.
You can now go to "Automations" and set up workflows triggered by Shopify events (e.g., "when a customer purchases," "when an item is added to cart").
This enables you to send automated WhatsApp messages, emails, or texts to your Shopify contacts directly from SystemisedToScale.
