Automate follow-ups on stale leads to improve speed and increase conversions.
To scale conversations, bookings, and sales, speed is crucial in following up with leads. Use stale opportunities to automate this.
Go to Automations, select Create Workflow, and start from scratch.
Choose the trigger to be stale opportunities, meaning leads that haven't received or sent messages within a set period.
Use filters to define specifics like the pipeline, tags, assignment, or stage. For example, choose the pipeline where leads become stale (e.g., Call Link Sent stage).
Set the duration for when a lead is considered stale, such as after 1-2 days of no contact.
Make sure Allow Re-entry is turned on, so if the opportunity moves stages again and goes stale, the automation will retrigger.
After the stale trigger, add an action. This could be to send an SMS, WhatsApp, or email as a follow-up.
If using SMS, you can customize a message (e.g., “Hey [First Name], following up regarding our previous conversation”). You can also integrate WhatsApp through the Supercharged CRM plugin.
Alternatively, you can send an email using a personalized subject line like RE: [First Name], which mimics a previous conversation and increases engagement.
You can also create a manual action to call the lead. Integrate this with the Power Dialer feature for efficient follow-ups.
Once the automation is built, save and activate it to ensure consistent follow-ups on stale leads.
