Go to Settings>Calendars to access pre-built calendars.
Click Edit to adjust calendar name, description, custom URL, meeting invite title, and event color.
Select team members for calls. Sync with Google Meet, Zoom, or phone.
Optimize availability or distribute calls equally among team members. Set meeting intervals and limits on daily bookings.
Set pre- and post-call buffer time. Define how far in advance meetings can be booked or rescheduled.
Link forms to calendars for gathering information before calls. Choose to auto-confirm meetings or manually approve them.
Duplicate existing automation templates and adjust triggers and notifications for new calendars.
Automate reminders for booked calls and enable re-entry into automations if needed.
Customize calendar colors and allow clients to select specific staff when booking appointments.
