Detailed walkthrough - Building calendars

Guide to using and configuring calendars for managing consult calls, triage calls, and automations.

Step 1. Navigate to Calendars

Go to Settings>Calendars to access pre-built calendars.

Step 2. Overview of Calendar Types

  • Consult Call: Main sales call, usually over video.
  • Booker Chat: Quick, informal chat for pre-qualification.
  • Support and Testimonial Calls: Managed by coach or business owner.
  • Step 3. Edit Calendar Details

    Click Edit to adjust calendar name, description, custom URL, meeting invite title, and event color.

    Step 4. Assigning Team Members

    Select team members for calls. Sync with Google Meet, Zoom, or phone.

    Step 5. Availability Settings

    Optimize availability or distribute calls equally among team members. Set meeting intervals and limits on daily bookings.

    Step 6. Pre-buffer & Time Settings

    Set pre- and post-call buffer time. Define how far in advance meetings can be booked or rescheduled.

    Step 7. Form Integration & Confirmation

    Link forms to calendars for gathering information before calls. Choose to auto-confirm meetings or manually approve them.

    Step 8. Automation Setup

    Duplicate existing automation templates and adjust triggers and notifications for new calendars.

    Step 9. Reminders & Re-entry

    Automate reminders for booked calls and enable re-entry into automations if needed.

    Step 10. Additional Customization

    Customize calendar colors and allow clients to select specific staff when booking appointments.
