How to connect clients phone number (Please follow steps 1 to 3 before adding your phone number otherwise you won't be able to add a phone number)

Step 1. Add Business Address:
Navigate to Settings, scroll down to the bottom left and click on "Phone Numbers".
Scroll down to the bottom left and click on Phone Numbers.
Step 2. Create Regulatory Bundle Address:
Click on Regulatory Bundle Address and then click Create.
Select Bundle Address (you don’t need to add a regulatory bundle address at this moment).
Click Next.
Step 3. Provide Business Address:
Enter your business address and supply any necessary documentation.
If your submission is rejected, you'll see a notification. Ensure you correctly input your country, which will generate an ID and allow you to add your mobile number.
Step 5. Add a Phone Number:
Please ensure that you complete Steps 1 to 3 above as you will not be able to complete this step onwards otherwise.
Once the address is verified, navigate back to Settings.
Scroll to Phone Numbers and click Add a Number on the right-hand side.
Step 6. Select a Phone Number:
Enter your area code (e.g., +44 for the UK) and click Search.
Choose a phone number from the list provided.
Note: You will not be charged for the phone number as it is included in the CRM cost.
Step 7. Save the Phone Number:
After selecting a phone number, click the orange Save button.
The phone number will now be connected to your account.
Step 8. Verify Communication Setup:
The selected phone number will be used for all SMS messages sent through your automations.
Replies to SMS messages will appear in your Conversations tab.
By following these steps, you can easily add a business address and phone number to your Systemized to Scale account, ensuring compliance with government policies and smooth operation of your SMS-based marketing campaigns.
