Please note that the 'Regulatory Bundle' explained in the below Loom video requires you to submit your company information. This is a legal requirement from your countries government to reduce potential spam via SMS marketing. If you don't have your company information you can skip registering for a phone number and a 'Regulatory Bundle' by using our WhatsApp bolt-on here.

Step 1: Prepare Required Information

  1. Regulatory Address and Bundle: Before adding a phone number, ensure you have both an address and a regulatory bundle ready. This is a new requirement due to changing government regulations.

Step 2: Add a Regulatory Bundle Address

  1. Access Settings: Click on the Settings option located at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Navigate to Phone Numbers: Once inside Settings, find and select Phone Numbers.
  3. Create Regulatory Bundle Address:
    • Click on the Regulatory Bundle Address option.
    • Click Create.
    • Enter your business address and provide the necessary documentation.
    • Submit the information and wait for approval. The status will change from Verification to Submitted to Verified. Do not proceed until it is verified.

Step 3: Add a Phone Number

  1. Access Phone Numbers Settings: Go to Settings and scroll to Phone Numbers.
  2. Select and Add a Number:
    • Click Add a Number on the right-hand side.
    • Enter your area code (e.g., +44 for the UK) and click Search.
    • Browse the list of available numbers, select one, and click Save.
    • Note: The system will verify that your card on file is valid, but you will not be charged as the cost is included in your CRM subscription.

Step 4: Confirm the Phone Number

  1. Verification: Ensure the status of your new phone number is confirmed and active.
  2. Use in Automations: The phone number is now ready for use in all SMS message automations. Replies to your messages will appear in the Conversations tab.

By following these steps, you'll successfully add a phone number to your Systemized to Scale account, ensuring compliance with new government regulations and seamless SMS communication with your leads.‍
