Make sure that the tone and content of your messages are consistent across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, SMS, WhatsApp). This consistency helps in maintaining a clear brand message and seamless flow for leads from social media interactions to sales calls.

Step 3. Setup and Manage Automations:

  • Access the automation section in the admin panel to view and manage different automations.
  • General automations for lead management and account performance can be left running in the background.
  • Adjust specific automations labeled as “adjust” while leaving those labeled “live”.

Step 4. Integrate WhatsApp (Optional):

  • To add WhatsApp integration, go to supercharged CRM, click on “automate WhatsApp,” and follow the prompts.
  • This allows automated messaging on WhatsApp, with the ability to send unlimited messages.

  • Ensure the collection of necessary contact details (e.g., email addresses) during the process.

  • Set up various lead magnets with unique trigger words for different resources.
  • Customize each lead magnet sequence to collect contact details before providing the resource.
  • Ensure trigger words are distinct to avoid overlap between different sequences.

  • Integrate a calorie calculator as a lead magnet.
  • Customize the messaging and forms for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, SMS, WhatsApp).
