Add your own company branding

1. Access the Forms

  • Navigate to Websites and Forms.
  • Your system will look similar to the example provided but with fewer features focused on chatbot systems.

2. Navigate to Surveys

  • Go to Surveys.
  • Click on Builder to see the available surveys.
  • Understand the difference:
    • Forms: Short questionnaires (e.g., opt-in forms).
    • Surveys: Longer forms with multiple slides and more questions.

3. Open the Survey Builder

  • In the Builder, you'll find three surveys.
  • Choose the survey you want to adjust (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp).

4. Tweak the Branding

  • Click into the selected survey.
  • Follow these steps for each survey to ensure uniform branding.

5. Adjust Colors

  • Change Orange Elements:
    • Identify elements highlighted in orange.
    • Change these to your main branding color.
    • For paler orange elements, use a less bright version of your branding color.
    • Click into each element to adjust the color code or drag to the desired shade.
  • Submit Button:
    • Ensure the submit button is a darker version of your branding color.

6. Add Your Logo

  • Scroll to the top of the form.
  • Delete the existing placeholder logo.
  • Click the + button.
  • Scroll down to add an image element and drag it to the top.
  • Choose your logo file from your computer and upload it.
  • Adjust the width (typically 300) and height to fit your logo’s dimensions.

7. Save and Repeat

  • Save your adjustments.
  • Repeat these steps for each survey (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).

8. Follow Meta’s 24-Hour Rule

  • Do not place the calorie calculator forms directly in your bio or send them out randomly.
  • Use call to actions to get users to DM you a keyword (e.g., "calories").
  • This opens a 24-hour window for automated outbound messaging.
  • Ensure follow-up sequences are in place to keep the conversation within the 24-hour window.
