Step 1. Login to Facebook:

• Log in to your Facebook account.

Step 2. Access Pages:

• On the left-hand side, click on Shortcuts.
• Click on the Pages icon (flag icon).

Step 3. Create or Select Business Page:

• If you don’t have a business page, create one.
• If you already have a business page, select it from the list.

Step 4. Switch to Business Page:

• Click Switch Now to switch to your business page.

Step 5. Navigate to Settings:

• On the left-hand side, click on Settings.
• Click on Linked Accounts.
• Select Instagram Account.

Step 6. Connect Instagram Account:

• If your Instagram account is not connected, click to connect it.
• If it is already connected but not working, disconnect and reconnect it.
• A pop-up will appear for you to enter your Instagram login details.
• Ensure that you enable the option to allow Instagram messages.

Step 7. Verify Connection:

• Ensure that your Instagram messages are set to appear in your CRM's conversation section.
• This integration allows all messages to be stored and managed within the system.

Step 8. Connect to Systemized to Scale:

• Return to Systemized to Scale CRM.
• Go to Settings and then Integrations.
• Follow the prompts to connect your Facebook account.

Step 9. Select Business Page:

• During the connection process, select the specific business page you created or chose earlier.
• Make sure the page is correctly selected to ensure proper integration.

Step 10. Final Steps:

• Wait a moment for Facebook to pair your Instagram with your Facebook account.
• Log in and click Connect. A pop-up will appear allowing you to choose your Facebook account and the specific page.
